We are honoured to invite you to participate in the 35th Edition of the International Scientific-Expert Conference of Agriculture and Food Industry (Agriconference), which will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, between 7 and 9 October 2026.
This year’s conference will be organized by the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences under the general theme  „Closing the agri-food loop: Resources, policy and productivity“

Agricultural land is the foundation of food production, and its management plays a critical role in food security. However, there is an evident increasing pressure on agricultural land from non-agricultural uses and fragmented development. Therefore, this year’s conference will highlight the importance of accurate production capacity assessments to improve resource planning and efficiency by supporting the development of integrated agri-food production systems, strengthening local food production, and adopting circular bioeconomy models to address global and regional challenges.
